Explanatory reflective model of knowledge management organizations tend to balance the opportunities and capabilities through motivational leadership processes are specified. A non - experimental and documentary study was carried out with a selection of sources indexed. From the theoretical, conceptual and empirical frameworks model dependency relationships between variables determining -rules, values, beliefs, perceptions- regarding knowledge management specified.
